Acetogenins

A class of long-chain fatty-acid-derived compounds (annonaceous acetogenins) characteristic of the soursop family, notably graviola; potent inhibitors of mitochondrial complex I, studied for cytotoxic activity, with associated neurotoxicity concerns.
