Herbal Actions

Circulatory-stimulant

Promotes blood flow to the periphery

Circulatory stimulants get the blood moving, driving warmth and circulation out to the hands, feet and skin. These warming herbs are used for cold extremities and sluggish circulation, and to help carry other herbs around the body.

Circulatory-stimulant is a sub-action of Stimulant. Where stimulant increases energy, alertness and activity, circulatory-stimulant is its narrower, more targeted form.
